DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TITLE OF POST:

2. ACCOUNTABLE TO:
National Chairperson
3. RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Promoting and Growing SNP in the appointed position, sign up new members report monthly your progress and the team you responsible of.
4. DEDICATION:
Voluntary
5. PURPOSE:
To serve to manage in your position be loyal, committed, active, accountable as a leader give the best you can.
6. SPECIFIC DUTIES:
7. GENERAL
All SNP office bearers are required to:
a) Abide by SNP Constitution and Policies and procedures
b) Abide by the Health & Safety standards
c) All SNP policies procedures/special adaptation – annexures…
d) To uphold the confidentiality clause
e) No one is allowed to open any account in the name of SNP without the written consent from National Executive
f) Participate in and contribute to all team meetings (Virtual/Physical)
g) To notify your department Secretary should you not be able to attend a physical or virtual meeting with proof of absence via SMS or mail.
g) Failing to attend 2 consecutive meetings will lead to investigation by the disciplinary committee before any action-suspension and a disciplinary hearing will follow shortly thereafter where you will have the opportunity to state your reason/s for failing to attend the meeting/s
h) Co-operate and liaise with colleagues
i) Behave in a professional manner at all times, reflecting and maintaining the values and ethos of SNP
j) To make sure that you download the SNP approved Virtual Platform app Microsoft Teams from Play Store.
k) To abide to the All-Meeting procedure rules:
1. No eating
2. Swearing
3. Dress appropriately
4. Raise your hand for any comment
5. No Smoking
6. Mute the Speaker when not talking to avoid back ground noise
7. Turn off Video when not talking to allow proper signal strength.
8. To respect other leaders’ opinion
9. Never use the Words: Like With all due respect or I do not agree, use replacement words like: I think…… or I Recommend
8. All SNP Volunteers are expected to:
a) Demonstrate a commitment to their own development, to take advantage of education and training opportunities and develop their own competence.
b) Support and encourage harmonious internal and external working relationships.
c) Make a positive contribution to fundraising and raising the profile of the SNP.
These duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive. It will be subject to periodic review and may be amended following discussion between the post-holder and employer.
9. DEAD LINES
a. To submit a National Monthly report to SNP National Chairperson on the 15th of Each Month.
b. The Following Dead Lines will apply:
c. Branch Chair to Metro/REC Chair: 3rd of each month
d. METRO/REC Chair to District/ Provincial Chair: 5th of each Month
e. District Chair to Provincial Chair: 7th of each month
f. Provincial Chair to Provincial Deputy President: 10th of each month
g. Dep Provincial Deputy President to Statistician Director: 12th of each month
